Thank you for choosing to book the Crown Inn for your Christmas Party on .........December 2009
We look forward to welcoming you and making your event special! This sheet is intended to explain any queries you may have.
It is company policy to Charge a non-refundable deposit of £5.00 per head payable in advance by cheque to The Crown Inn. Upon receiving the deposit a receipt shall be issued. The balance is then due on the day the party is held.
Exact numbers in your party must be confirmed in writing no later than 7 days in advance of the party along with the attached completed pre order from. Please note that any members of the party who cancel after this deadline will be charged the full amount.
We are providing crackers on each table and the Inn shall be decorated for Christmas but any additional table decorations must be provided by the customer in advance.
